ACHILLES SEIDEN-F is a fire-retardant transparent flexible PVC film with specially printed electro-conductive carbon mesh on its surface. It has won numerous approvals by Japanese authorities such as the Fire Department and has been nominated as one of NTT’s specific materials. The series of ACHILLES SEIDEN-F include YELLOW SEIDEN-F, which absorbs Ultraviolet rays and BLACK SEIDEN-F for darkroom applications.
!MAIN CHARACTERISTICS I
The specific surface resistivity of the printed surface is less than 107 Q which lasts as long as the film’s durable life.
The base film of Standard ACHJLLES SEIDEN-Fis as transparent as an ordinary clear PVC film. emghly flame retardant as approved by Japan Fire Association. It self-extinguishes as soon as the source of fire bas been taken away.
High frequency welding is widely used to make finished products(please consult your dealer for echnical details).
APLICATION
Covering and partitions of cleanrooms and factories such as printing, painting, electronics apparatus, precision tools, medical equipments, etc. Also for laboratories and inspection rooms.
YELLOW SEIDEN-F
ACHILLES YELOW SEIDEN-F absorbs ultraviolet and thus possesses a good weatherability against UV exposure in addition to its flame-retardancy and anti-static effects. Its transparency ensures good visibility.
APPLICATION
Softwalls of photo-lithography process, pharmaceutical factory where sterilizing lamps are used, and so on.
BLACK SEIDEN-F
ACHILLES BLACK SEIDEN-F is flame retardant anti-static PVC film for the partitions in a complete darkroom.
APPLICATION
Darkrooms in electronics, food and pharmaceutical industries where clean environment is also required.
